Of course, you get to relax, chill, sleep, party, eat, whatever.
But then again, you get fat.
I can hear a lot of rumblings and mumblings already.
You see, the topic of weight, dieting, fitness and so on has been around for like ages.
Everybody has their own tip on losing weight, everybody has their own take on diets.
But i still see so many fat people around!

I, too, have no answer to that.
Look, for the past few weeks, i've been eating and sleeping and..
yeah, basically that's it.
No more futsal, no more exercises.
Haven't been to the gym for ages.
So, yesterday, i felt something.
I felt the urge. I felt the need to workout once again.
Back to my.. ahem, Jacob Black physiques?
Yesterday was the turning point.When i woke up, I said to myself,
fuck this, i need to eat less and start working out like before!
Rather than the usual wake-up-and-ask-what's-for-lunch routine,
i went to the kitchen and ate a few bowls of Koko Krunch for lunch.
That's it. Ain't eating nothing else until the night comes.
During the evening, i worked out.
I worked out hard.
Oooh. The satisfaction.
I can feel the tightness of my shirt back again.
(okay, that's a lie)
So, later that night, the hunger starts to kick in.
I was low on fluids, and even lower on energy.
A LOT of food.
i ate a Briyani with lamb, a lamb kebab, some chicken Tagine (an Arab cuisine) with chickpeas plus a lot of pita breads.
So much for the workout, huh?
